The New Moon is the time of the lunar cycle that reminds us to go inward, and it’s a good time to renew our intention to rest. This short practice is great for when everything ‘out there’ feels too much, and you need to retreat.
You will need:
two yoga blocks and a brick, if you have them. If not, a few books or firm cushions will do
a yoga bolster, or a couple of firm bed pillows
two blankets
optional: an eye pillow
